Laura is the friendly voice you hear when you call. Soon after joining Northern Oaks, her contagious and friendly attitude shone brightly and she was promoted to Lead Client Care Specialist. Her love for animals of all types is what brought Laura to us. Laura loves to help customers and cares for their pets just like her own.
She is a proud pet momma of many goldfish, 2 yellow bellied sliders and her bunny named Dusty. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her husband and 2 children.
