We recently had to say goodbye to a dear pet after 15 years of love and companionship. Dr. Byrd and her staff made this terrible day as wonderful as it could have been. Their kindness, care and compassion not only for my family, but for my dog, were unmatched by anything other service that I’ve ever received. The passing was gentle and calm and the care shown by everyone made the experience much less painful. Thank you for everything that you all do to care for these pets and their people, you make all the difference.
