Linda moved to San Antonio from Ohio in 2013 and she and her husband are avid Ohio State University Buckeye fans! She has been a licensed veterinary technician for over 20

Mel has multiple years of experience in the veterinary industry. She joined the Heritage Oaks team in March of 2023. Her clinical and surgical technical skills are unsurpassed in areas such as patient handling, laboratory work and client communication.

Alyssa started with the company as a kennel tech in 2019 and was rapidly promoted to veterinary assistant. She is deeply dedicated to animal care and welfare, treating every patient as if they were a part of her own family.

Jessica joined our health care team in 1997 while in high school. She has been the lead technician of Northern Oaks since 2007. Jessica is a Licensed Veterinary Technician, having earned her degree through an AAHA accredited school in 2012.

Kristen began her career at our sister practice, Northern Oaks Bird & Animal Hospital, in 2016 as a Veterinary Assistant. In 2022, she transitioned to Heritage Oaks Animal Hospital, where she continues to serve as a Veterinary Technician.

Phineas is a great emotional support for the team at Heritage Oaks Animal Hospital. In exchange for a fair share of daily cuddles, he supplies atomic purrs and interrupts everyone’s computer entry as a solid, opaque monitor block, forcing work breaks.

This little lady is a delicate flower. Previously spending her life believing she was a parrot and sitting only on shoulders, Periwinkle has progressed up the career ladder to staring at the sink faucet and willing it to turn on for fresh flowing water.
