Meet Our Skilled Northern Oaks Support Team

Victoria has been working in roles within the veterinary industry for many years. She joined our team in May 2025 to bring her expertise and experience to client care. She has two female Siberian huskies and has a secret desire for a few other dog types.

Elizabeth has been working in the veterinary field for 25+ years. She joined the Northern Oaks team in September 2024. She loves people and animals, so she has the perfect career as a CCS greeting clients and their special family members every day.

Jessica began her career in veterinary medicine in 1997, joining our healthcare team while still in high school. She earned her degree from an AAHA-Accredited Veterinary Technology program and became a Licensed Veterinary Technician(LVT) in 2012.

Joeann joined the Northern Oaks team in 2012 as a kennel tech during her Senior year in high school. She was promoted to assistant shortly thereafter and has since been promoted to technician in 2017.

With a bachelor’s degree in animal science and a master’s in agriculture from Angelo State University, Melanie brings years of veterinary field experience to her role as Veterinary Technician.

Major earned his Animal Science degree from Texas A&M (WHOOP!) in 2025 and has been working in the small animal field for several years. He joined the Northern Oaks team in August 2025.

Logan started with the company after his graduation from Alamo heights high school and is currently pursuing a biology degree at University of Texas at San Antonio. He is a huge fan of reptiles, having owned three, and currently looking forward to adding more scaly babies!

Leilani has always had a deep love for animals. Since she was young, she knew she wanted to grow up and work with them in some capacity. Her goal, as an assistant, is to ensure the well-being and health for all pets, while providing them with a safe and cheerful environment at the same time.

As a newer member of the Northern Oaks Bird & Animal Hospital Team, Naomi is very eager to grow and do her best for the team and the pets we serve. She’s had a lifelong dream of working in veterinary medicine to create a better life for all animals.

Rhive joined the Northern Oaks team in 2026 as a Kennel Assistant, and is very excited to meet all of the pets! She attends James Madison High School and is part of the Agriscience Magnet Program (AMP), which assists her with learning more about animals and agriculture.

Amy has worked in the Veterinary field for over 19 years. She joined the Northern Oaks team in 2014 as an Assistant and has since become a Client Care Specialist. She has two dogs, two birds and a horse. She enjoys watching horror movies and spending time with her fur and feather babies.

Christina has been a Licensed Veterinary Technician since 2005. She is Fear Free Certified and Cat Friendly Certified, with the goal of making your pet's visit stress-free and happy! She especially loves the subjects of anesthesia, analgesia, senior care, and feline care.
