Meet Our Team

Rachel has been working with dogs professionally for almost a decade and absolutely adores the interactions with every one of the guests she meets and cares for! She is committed to the well-being of all NESTers and their owner's peace of mind.

Lauren joined the NEST family in 2026 after previously working in another pet care facility. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Conservation Biology. She has always loved animals and is looking forward to meeting all of our friends at NEST!

Erika joined the NEST team in May 2025, bringing with her years of grooming experience. She endeavors to give each pet a comfortable experience in the spa and loves seeing the joy of pets and their parents when they are clean, styled and happy!

Maddie has always loved animals since she was a child and practically has a zoo of her own at home. Since joining the NEST team, her love for all animals has only grown!

Jenna grew up with animals, and her love for them is evident every day. She has a dog named Penny and absolutely adores taking her out for walks and playing with her every moment she can.

Dublin or “Dubby Pants” or “Dubby Wubby” is a known food thief and is sure to steal cold foam off of any technician’s coffee. With a need for a restricted diet, this action can result in unseemly consequences.

Jameson, also referred to as “Jamie” or “Baby Penguin”, performs his role extremely well.

Phineas is a great emotional support for the team at Heritage Oaks Animal Hospital. In exchange for a fair share of daily cuddles, he supplies atomic purrs and interrupts everyone’s computer entry as a solid, opaque monitor block, forcing work breaks.

This little lady is a delicate flower. Previously spending her life believing she was a parrot and sitting only on shoulders, Periwinkle has progressed up the career ladder to staring at the sink faucet and willing it to turn on for fresh flowing water.
